PitchFC Terms of Service

You sign in with Discord and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your country). One person, one player identity: impersonating another player or club is prohibited.

PitchFC exists to make Pro Clubs competition serious. Manipulating match results, submitting false reports, abusing the dispute system, exploiting bugs for competitive or economic gain, or harassing other players may lead to penalties up to removal of your account and records. Match data synced from EA is used as the source of truth wherever available.

• Credits are closed-loop. Credits are a virtual currency usable only inside PitchFC. They are not money, have no cash value, and can never be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for real currency.
• Premium is a paid subscription processed by Stripe. It renews until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Premium accounts are never shown ads.
• Purchases of credit packs are final except where refunds are required by law or granted at our discretion.

You keep ownership of content you upload (such as crests and photos) and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Do not upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful or hateful. Competitive records you create on PitchFC (results, standings, statistics) form part of the platform's public record.

PitchFC is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts or any game publisher. EA Sports FC and Pro Clubs are trademarks of their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free data, and we may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on the site with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
