PitchFC Privacy Policy

• Account data. You sign in with Discord. We receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and the platform connections you have made visible (used to link your EA Pro Clubs identity). If you provide an email address, we store it for sign-in and account notices.
• Match and player statistics. Pro Clubs match results and player statistics synced from your EA account at your request, plus the competitive records you build on PitchFC (leagues, tournaments, rankings, XP, credits).
• Content you upload. Optional images such as player render photos and club crests.
• Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep only the subscription or purchase status Stripe reports back.
• Technical data. IP addresses and standard request logs, used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. Server errors may be captured in an error-tracking tool; error reports are not used for profiling.

We do not run third-party analytics trackers, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

We use first-party cookies strictly to keep you signed in (authentication session). If you consent to advertising cookies (below), Google may also set cookies for ad delivery and measurement.

Free accounts may be shown display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads; where required (for example in the EEA, UK, and some US states) you will be shown a consent message and can refuse personalised advertising. See how Google uses data from partner sites. Premium subscribers are never shown ads on any surface.

• Service providers that run the platform: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the EU), our hosting provider (server in the EU), Stripe (payments), Discord (sign-in), and Google (advertising, with consent where required).
• Other users. Competitive activity is public by design: club pages, match results, rankings, and player statistics are visible to visitors. Your payment details and email are never public.
• Legal requirements, if we are required to disclose data by law.

We keep account data while your account exists. You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us; competitive records that other users rely on (for example a match result in a league table) may be retained in anonymised form. Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and applicable Canadian and US state privacy laws), you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

PitchFC is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
